InvestKode AI ("we", "us", "our") is an investment research platform that helps investors stay informed about companies through aggregated news, filings, calendar events, and AI-assisted analysis. The platform is operated by InvestKode AI, based in India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use InvestKode AI. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To access certain features you may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at IT@investkode.ai

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may use InvestKode AI for personal, non-commercial investment research. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit our systems
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code

5. Google Services Integration

InvestKode AI integrates with Google services, including Google Calendar, to help you track earnings dates, AGMs, and other company events. By connecting your Google account, you authorize InvestKode AI to access and interact with your Google Calendar data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your use of Google services through our platform is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on InvestKode AI are owned by or licensed to InvestKode AI. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.

Data sourced from public filings and third-party providers remains subject to those providers' respective terms and licenses.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

InvestKode AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
